This Privacy Policy explains how SuperU ("we", "our", "us") accesses, uses, stores, and protects user data when you use our services. By using SuperU, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

2. Information We Collect

We collect only the data necessary to provide user-configured automation and AI workflows. This may include:

  • Workflow configuration and usage data
  • Google Calendar and Google Sheets data (only after explicit user consent)
  • Basic account and communication data

3. Use of Google User Data

SuperU integrates with Google APIs to allow users to connect Google Calendar and Google Sheets to automation workflows they explicitly configure.

  • Google Calendar: Used to read calendar events, check availability, and create, update, or delete events for scheduling and automation workflows.
  • Google Sheets: Used to read spreadsheet data and update or append rows as part of user-defined workflows.

Google user data is accessed only to perform actions explicitly requested by the user within enabled workflows.

4. Limitations on Data Use

SuperU does not use Google user data for advertising, profiling, or resale. Data is not accessed without user action and is limited strictly to the scopes granted during OAuth consent.

5. Data Sharing

We do not share Google user data with third parties except where required to provide the service (e.g., secure cloud infrastructure providers) or to comply with legal obligations.

6. Data Security

We use industry-standard security practices and trusted cloud infrastructure to protect user data against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.

7. Data Retention

Google user data is retained only for as long as necessary to operate active workflows or as required by law. Users may request deletion at any time.

8. Revoking Access

Users may revoke SuperU’s access to Google data at any time via their Google Account settings. Upon revocation, access tokens are invalidated and data processing stops.

9. Google API Services User Data Policy Compliance

SuperU’s use of Google user data complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy periodically. Continued use of the service indicates acceptance of the updated policy.
